Guatemalan SHG – Fedecocagua

A "restrained" and approachable Guatemala flavour profile, there are ample chocolate tones, layers of milk chocolate and hints of pleasant cocoa, The mid-palate is this bright lemon rind that catches you by surprise, then it goes back to the sweet milk and creamy chocolate bitter-sweetness, a thick mouth-feel.

Kenyan MH

Mbuni is coffee that has not gone through the wet process (unwashed). It comprises about 10% of the total crop and graded either as heavy mbuni (MH) or light mbuni (ML), because it was not picked, or because it fell from the trees after ripening.
Fairly bold, solid bean, good yellow colour, no full blacks pieces of cherry or other bad defectives permitted. Liquor must be a typical "Mbuni" flavour with no taints. The beans are very rich in flavour.

This is a very unusual coffee with a very ‘Earthy’ flavour

Rainforest Alliance Certified ESE 44mm Coffee Pods

Nearly 70% of El Salvador’s total coffee production is Bourbon, which is one of the most desired coffee varietals. It is harder to grow, more susceptible to disease and provides a lower yield than other beans, but it also produces some of the finest coffee in the world.

Notes of candied orange and toffee, creamy nut tones with ripe orange underneath, great character, chocolate tonality becoming more intense and bitter-sweet.The clarity and cleanness of this fully washed coffee delivers a gorgeous mouth-feel and lingering finish.

The Special Reserve is hand-sorted to ensure zero imperfections

Mexico Extra Prime

A clean, lightly fruited brightness, the dry fragrance has a crisp caramel scent, with a trace of red apple. Wet aroma is nutty, with the scent of bread in the oven, honey-vanilla, and just a little maple and apple. The cup has a mild and delicate acidity that gives a sense of refreshing brightness, but low in intensity. There's a grainy sweetness in this coffee short-lived on the palate, but zesty nonetheless: Simple, sweet, mildly bright.
