Many thanks for our recent order. After trying the usual manufacturer's Senseo coffee pods, we were ready to send our machine back to the retailer -- no taste to the coffee and a choice of only two blends. But your Senseo pods have changed our minds. Great taste, substantial strength and such variety to choose from. Our order consisted of the mixed pack of five blends and we look forward to trying the others you have --- such arrange to choose from.

I found Bob to be really helpful, he patiently explained the whole pod system, which I had completely not understood!! He was a star, and clearly has a passion and knowledge of coffee that is amazing!!

I would just like to acknowledge the first rate service I am getting from thecoffeepod. I ordered these coffee pods yesterday at around 11.00AM, they were delivered today just 23 hours after placing the order. Brilliant. It goes without saying that the product is excellent and very good value.

The coffee pods I ordered on line yesterday arrived today, which I think is brilliant service.
As I am stuck at home with my leg in a cast and ran out of pods unexpectedly, I was thinking I would be coffeeless for a few days, so you have saved the day! Well done to all concerned.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for the excellent service I experienced from placing my order on the phone last Saturday and having a lovely chat with the gentleman who took my order for the 5 mixed types of coffee and advising me how to use their pods in my Philips Senseo maker. I received my order on the Tuesday as advised. I have enjoyed trying the different types and highly recommend ordering from this company. I thought I was perhaps being a little extravagant having coffee delivered to Austria but having sampled all the varieties already, realised just how easy the pods are to use and what a great cup of coffee each one delivers have decided it is worth it and I don't have to go shopping!

After using Illy pods (not individually foil wrapped) which had all the flavour of boiled water, I despaired of using finding any pods, which could compare with the flavour of freshly ground coffee. However I was wrong. You now have a devoted customer. If the After Dark pods taste half as good as the Cafe Du Monde, I will be thrilled. You have made my day'.
