We will despatch your order normally the same day, but within 48 hours of it being placed subject to, stock levels, Company closure and bank holidays.

 If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you.

Delivery can be made selected by either of the following (UK) -  charges are made depending on weight of order, and the cost will be displayed at checkout before making payment

We use Royal Mail - Tracked 24 & Royal Mail Tracked 48  as well as offering Royal Mail Special Delivery

(Some heavier items carry a surcharge of £1 or more)

Royal Mail Tracked 24 should be delivered next day but is not a guaranteed service (96%)

Royal Mail Tracked 48, orders should be delivered in two days, but is not guaranteed in this time (9$%)

If not convenient they can use the text or email to change the delivery date

You can arrange to collect from a local Post Office sometimes

Please note, some items such as Coffee Machines etc. have a delivery charge supplement.

Some Coffee Machines may not be available for next day, and may take two days or more, please phone if this will be a problem.

Note: We normally only ship coffee machines to a UK address, but if you place an order from outside the UK we will contact you to confirm details

UK.Deliveries are made between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and requires a signature. If you are out the driver will put a card through your door and you can collect your parcel from the local depot.

The delivery tariffs are based on the weight of the total order.

Overseas delivery will be made by 'Airmail' or 'Courier' depending on weight

Customs, Taxes and Duties
