How to make a Cappuccino

 

To make a cappuccino, you need to first start with frothing your milk, make sure that the milk, and the frothing jug are cold.

Froth your milk and set on one side.

Pull off your Espresso shot into a warmed cup, now a cappuccino cup is normally about 7oz /190ml with a handle.

Pour the steamed milk on top of the espresso shot holding back the ‘froth’ with a spoon or knife,  and fill to about 2/3 (two thirds) of the cup.

Then spoon the milk froth to fill the cup, and sprinkle with topping.
