Can we collect from your warehouse or do orders have to be posted?
I have bought Senseo Signature pods from you for many years with satisfaction. However I am at the end of a second bag from my most recent purchase and find that I have had to throw away more than 10% of them because the 2 parts of the pod have parted and the coffee is loose in the foil pouch! In the early days I found that I was a little rough opening the foil pouch and damage the enclosed pod, so now I always open them with scissors. But this is now not the issue. Please can you advise what is happening as I may have to find an alternative source because it is not becoming financially viable anymore.
