Delivery 
 
We will despatch your order within 48 hours of it being placed subject to, stock levels, Company closure and bank holidays. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you.


  Customs, Taxes and Duties  You may be required to pay import duties and taxes which are levied once your order reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are also your responsibility; we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Cancellation or Changing your order  
Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number and an email confirmation. You can cancel from the day you placed the order up to 7 working days after receiving the goods for any reason. We will refund the full amount paid for the goods to you within 30 days. Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost, www.thecoffeepod.co.uk can arrange to collect them, and deduct the direct cost from the refund. Returns  
We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products. However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us within 28 days following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
 
Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Please return the items to the address shown at the bottom of our delivery note enclosed with your order. Please include the completed returns slip or a piece of paper with your name and address, order number, reason for return and the date on which you receive it.
 
Faulty Items - If an item is found to be faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact our us on +44 (0) 196331137 or by Contact Us Form We will then arrange with you suitable collection or return shipping options. If goods are found to be faulty, which you did not order, or our fault will give you a FULL refund plus any return shipping costs incurred. For electrical items please check or read your manufactures user manual, operators guide or instructions. Most problems can be fixed by following/reading the troubleshooting or FAQ sections.

This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by thecoffeepod of your offer to buy goods from The Coffee Pod and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail. The Coffee Pod are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.
