Place your pod in the pod holder & pull the lever down to clamp the pod in position, press the button & water is pumped through the pod with a 19 bar pump to extract the true flavour of the coffee, then to make a cappuccino or latte, just froth the milk with the steam arm, and pour into your cup - GREAT
This machine is also has an automatic timer, just place the pod into the holder close the leaver and press the 25 second or 35 second button to get the perfect espresso
The Café Bacello has a TWIN boiler system, metal construction & ABS moulded panels.
The Café Bacello is manual fill, into a water storage system that can just be lifted out filled, then replaced back within the machine and holds 2.5lt of water.
As with all coffee machines whether domestic or commercial, the biggest problem is 'scale' from water. This builds up in the pipework and heating elements etc and blocks them, in a commercial machine they have to have an in line water softer, but for this machine as it is manual fill it should only be used with bottled water, which is available from all the major supermarkets at around 17 pence for 2 ltr. We recommend the use of this as 'scale' is not covered under the warranty.
