There are two ways to order: The easiest way to order is by using our webcart on our website, it is totally secure and very easy to use. The second way is to phone your order through to us, if you are in the UK call us on 01963-31137, if you are phoning from outside the UK call +44 (0) 196331137
We will despatch your order within 48 hours of it being placed subject to, stock levels, Company closure and bank holidays. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you.
Delivery can be made selected by either of the following (
Standard Delivery - We use Royal Mail - First Class Post - charges are made depending on weight of order, but are between £1.35 & £4.95 - this is for parcels up to 1.4kg, over this weight we will normally ship by courier (APC) for UK mainland, but not always, for offshore or Highlands, and N.I we will still delivery by Royal Mail.
(some heavier items carry a surcharge of £1 or more) If you need courier delivery then please select at checkout to make sure.
We reserve the right to send parcels by courier even if Royal Mail delivery is selected at checkout. (at no extra charge to the customer)

Our Courier is normally APC Overnight and is normally on a Next Working Day Service (Monday - Friday) (96% of the time, so not guaranteed)) for UK Mainland, they offer the Predict Service which offer the following:
Please note, some items such as Coffee Machines etc. have a delivery charge supplement.
Some Coffee Machines may not be available for next day, and may take two days or more, please phone if this will be a problem.
Note: We only normally ship coffee machines to a UK address, if you require delivery outside the UK we will contact you before shipping to check all details.
UK.Deliveries are made between Monday-Friday and requires a signature. If you are out the driver will put a card through your door and you can collect your parcel from the local depot.
The delivery tariffs is based on the weight of the total order.
Most deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.
Overseas delivery will be made by 'Airmail' or 'Courier' depending on weight
You may be required to pay import duties and taxes which are levied once your order reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are also your responsibility; we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. In addition, when ordering, you are the importer for customs purposes and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. If you do not pay the additional costs if any) and the goods are returned to us by the courier, then any extra charges will be at the expense of the customer.
Cancellation or Changing your order
Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number and an email confirmation.
You can cancel from the day you placed the order up to 7 working days after receiving the goods for any reason. We will refund the full amount paid for the goods to you within 30 days. Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost, www.thecoffeepod.co.uk can arrange to collect them, and deduct the direct cost from the refund. We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products. However, if you are unhappy with the product* in anyway it can be returned to us within 28 days following the steps outlined below, and we will refund the cost of the item.
*Coffee Machines, and equipment can only be returned if unused, and have all the packaging etc. A restocking charge of 25% of the price will be made.
We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Please return the items to the address shown at the bottom of our delivery note enclosed with your order. Please include the completed returns slip or a piece of paper with your name and address, order number, reason for return and the date on which you receive it.
Faulty Items - If an item is found to be faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact our us on 01934-629356 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then arrange with you suitable collection or return shipping options. If goods are found to be faulty, which you did not order, or our fault will give you a FULL refund plus any return shipping costs incurred. For electrical items please check or read your manufactures user manual, operators guide or instructions. Most problems can be fixed by following/reading the troubleshooting or FAQ sections.

Contract for the supply goods
